Senior Adult Ministry

The Young at Heart Senior Adult group is for anyone who is fifty-five years old or older, primarily for those who are retired. This group meets on the first Friday of each month, alternating between an onsite luncheon with a program and an off site luncheon at an area restaurant.

Occasionally the group takes day trips or overnight trips to visit points of interest.
A sampling of previous trips include:
the Senior Adult Celebrator's Conference in Branson, Missouri
Fairhope, Alabama
Biltmore House, Ashville, NC
Gatlinburg, Tennessee
Stone Mountain
Georgia Aquarium

The group participates in area Mission Projects including the Northeast Georgia Food Bank and The Park on West Broad.

There is no need to join; every senior adult in the church is already a member!
