Master Planning Task Force
Summary
On Sunday, April 27, 2025, our church affirmed a shared vision to be rooted and reaching—deepening discipleship through Life Groups and expanding outreach through gospel conversations. As we align all ministries with this vision, we’re also prayerfully evaluating how we steward our time, energy, finances, and facilities. To help guide this process, a Master Planning Task Force has been formed to develop a strategic plan for how our facilities can best support the mission of cultivating the unwavering hope of Jesus in every generation.
September 2026 Update
Over the past several months, the Master Planning Task Force has been working to carefully evaluate the future facility needs of Beech Haven. Throughout this process, we have shared updates with the congregation about why the task force was formed, the criteria guiding our work, what we heard through the congregational survey and stakeholder interviews, the options we have explored, and the steps ahead.
We recognize that this has been a lot of information to take in over time. To make it easier to understand where we are in the process, we have created the FAQ document linked below as a simple summary of the information that has been shared with the congregation thus far.
We have also recorded a podcast conversation with Pastor Rob, Ryan Adolphson, and Heather Ellington that walks through the master planning process from the beginning, provides additional context behind the work of the task force, and addresses many of the same questions included in the FAQ.
