It’s how we help one another follow Jesus faithfully, grow in biblical maturity, and live out the hope of the gospel in our homes, our relationships, and our city. It’s the engine that shapes every generation at Beech Haven, forming people who are rooted in truth, engaged in relationships, and equipped to serve.
As we begin the prayerful search for our next Associate Pastor of Discipleship, we do so with great care, faith, and expectation—trusting the Lord to provide the right leader to guide these essential ministries. March Update
Over the past two months, more than 120 individuals made inquiries and submitted resumés with Shepherd Group for the Discipleship Pastor position. Beech Haven has been well served by the counsel and direction provided by Shepherd Group. Our trust in them in the past has been well placed. Your search team is preparing to begin initial interviews with two candidates. Please pray that God will provide wisdom and discernment as we begin this task.
